For those of you who hate going to a gym because of the surroundings or the size of the facility, we may be the answer. Here you are given the attention to meet your goals by working with personal trainers in a tutorial or semi-tutorial setting. You can work with a trainer alone or with no more than three other fellow enthusiasts. Surrounded by beautiful architectural details, hardwood floors and a view to outside trees , foliage and natural light, you can achieve your goals within the comfort of a home environment. With your trainer or on your own, you can use the elliptical machine, stationary bike, or treadmill. There is a bath with a shower and lockers if you need to change before or after a work-out.

Types of Classes

Cardio - Boxing - Authentic kick boxing techniques, using kicks, punches, and sports style drills to get your heart rate up so you can burn calories. Guaranteed to sweat and shed those in extra pounds.

T and T (Tight and Toned) - Full - body muscle conditioning, strengthening and toning utilizing tubes, exercise bands, weights and body resistance. If you have never lifted a weight in your life, you will be able to participate in this class.

Pilates - Based on Joseph Pilates work, Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, and increases flexibility using a series of very specific exercises.

Yoga - Through mindful breathing (Pranayama) and a series of poses (Asanas) yoga prepares the body for its spiritual path. Yoga conditions the body so that the mind can practice meditation without obstacles. Hatha yoga, the purest form of Yoga is the practice of breathing and meditation. Partnered with Vingasa Flow, gives the student a well-rounded Yoga practice.
