Everything in the Ame Kitchen is made from scratch using the freshest ingredients and highest quality purveyors'. Frequent trips to the Chicago City Green Market ensure you are served the best artisanal selections.

Morning begins at 7:00am with a fresh pot of coffee, tea, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and homemade baked bread. This is followed by the daily special hot out of the oven or griddle around 8:30 am. There is no set meal time. The breakfast buffet is open until 12:00pm.

Room Service for breakfast is available with a twenty-hour advance request. A 20% gratuity will be added to the bill to cover the cost of providing this service in the room.
