Policies
  • Given the intimate size of the hotel, we are not able to accommodate children under the age of twelve.
  • All rooms have either one queen size bed or one king sized bed.
  • Guests are responsible for payment of all nights of the scheduled reservation. The first night’s fee, minus taxes will be charged to your credit card upon reservation. This deposit is refundable, minus a $25 processing fee up to 10 days prior to cancellation. Due to the small size of our inn, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations.
  • A 10-day notice is requested to cancel your reservation. If you cancel within 10 days, you will be charged in full for your reservation if we are unable to book your room for the minimum occupancy. Reducing the number of days of a stay, or departure before the scheduled departure date will constitute cancellation and monies will not be refunded. Cancellations of groups of two rooms or more on holiday weekends require notice of at least 30 days.
